The summer of 1977 marked a sudden change for the wizarding world. It was a change that seemed to happen over night. Albus Dumbledore is dead. The Ministry of Magic has fallen into the hands of none other than Lord Voldemort and the Death Eaters. How he had done it no one apart from his loyal subjects knows. What everyone does know is that everything will never be the same again. It holds true with the famous Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Teachers are being replaced by senior Death Eaters. The new Headmaster himself is considered to be one. New laws are put into place regarding muggleborns and halfbloods. They are now considered as 'slaves'. It is clear that everyone is in danger of being prosecuted simply by what they say or what they do. In this new world, one would be careful to keep their thoughts and secrets to themselves.
